Good hotel. Room is small but modern. No English speaking staff at desk. Breakfast was all Chinese food… nothing to cater for westerners. Having said that… I had a really good experience.

Service rendered by 小雨 during check in was very pleasant and professional. She attended to all my special requests, and the allocation of the room was perfect as I prefer quiet room. The hotel itself is a Inn but it was very comfortable and clean. I like the fact that there window in the room which can be open slightly to allow fresh air into the room. Loved the bed it was very comfortable which really allowed me to have a good rest. Will definitely come back again as the location is very convenient.

Friendly and responsive staff, super clean room, nice furniture, great location, in the walking distance of many tourist locations like 5 Avenue and ’porcelain house lots of cafes and bars. The only problem was breakfast, too limited, no fruits, rice, noodles, breakfast can be improved. Highly recommending this place 👏👏👏

Hotel is very comfortable and clean and located in a nice quiet neighborhood place. Easy access to metro and shopping areas by taxi or a short walk. Customer service was okay, day staff had someone who spoke English . Night staff had only Chinese speaking staff but when we got an issue she sorted our issue using the translate app and made sure we were comfortable. We got complimentary breakfast which was ok,a blend of western and Chinese. Make sure to close your windows at night or noise out on the street will distract your sleep. Highly recommended.

The hotel location was so good!close to popular spots!room was clean and new but smaller than pictures!hotel staff were friendly!but we didn't like the breakfast at all because there weren't that much options to eat and salon was so small that we had to wait for others to finish eating ,our floor had small gym and clean washing and drying machines with washing liquid provided but generally good place to go and recommend!

We loved the hotel very much. Stayed there one night. The stuff is extremely polite, helpful and friendly. The room is clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to stay there.
