Good location, if you drive. Rooms are superb and services staff are friendly. Rooms are clean.

A warm and friendly welcome. The room was standard with all the facilities you'd expect. The room was clean. There was plenty of tea and coffee and more available if needed. The bed was very comfy. Breakfast was great too. Would recommend this site.

What a lovely clean and tiday hotel this is. Quality of the room was excellent. Couldn't fault anything about it. Checking in was quick and efficient and the air conditioning and heating was absolutely perfect. I will be staying here again.

We needed somewhere to stay for a few days whilst visiting my son at University. The hotel was well located just on the outskirts of the city but only a few minutes drive to the city centre and 10 minutes from Cheltenham. As a base and somewhere to rest our heads after a day out exploring it was perfect. Good value for money, convenient and clean. Not noisy either despite being by a main road. Will definitely use again.

Amazing stay! Love coming to this premier inn. You know what you’re getting. Breakfast is great as always! Fresh and hot! Always pick this location to stay as staff are great! Look forward to coming back again in a couple of months. Thank you!

We stayed here for 1 night as my husband had a flying experience the following day. We had 2 rooms and one bathroom looked like someone had just had a shave but not cleaned properly, I informed the receptionist who was very apologetic and she went to clean it herself immediately- problem solved. You have to book in for breakfast so the chef can cook fresh food at correct time, and he cooks egg to order (they’re not left out waiting and getting rubbery) best premier Inn breakfast we have had, well done chef very grateful & well done to the lovely reception she was happ smiling and helpful- bonus 😊

Great stopover for the next days journey.Everything was brilliant from when we arrived late.A fabulous welcome from the girl on reception, sorry didn't get her name, but she was very professional and made us feel very welcome.The room was its usual good standard and very comfy bed.

One of the worst Premier Inns I’ve stayed in. Stopover on the way home from Cornwall. Met by a lady on reception who clearly didn’t want to be there. Unhelpful and short to say the least. In room 228. Lift not working which we had been warned about. Top floor furthest away from stairs. Freezing cold when we arrived and heater needed turning off and on several times before it eventually kicked in noisily. Sat in coat for the 2 hours in the evening until the room reached 20 degrees. Breakfast staff were really helpful and pleasant, totally different from the receptionist. Advice would be to try the Premier Inn on the Business park the other side of the M5.
