Ubicazione non delle migliori, con posizione in una zona industriale. Accoglienza molto positiva, personale cordiale e molto efficiente. Stanza molto grande e con tutto ciò che serve (sarebbe stata gradita una macchina per il caffè). Abbiamo dovuto richiedere 2 cuscini aggiuntivi, poiché non ve ne erano di scorta nell'armadio ed i 2 presenti sul letto erano molto bassi. Abbiamo mangiato al ristorante interno la sera, e ne siamo stati molto soddisfatti. Colazione molto varia e ricca

Çalışanlar oldukça ilgili, otel kaliteli ve temiz. ***et memnun kaldık.

房間不是很好，服務各方面都不是很好，吃飯的時候餐裏有頭髮，服務員居然拿走了，沒有説任何不好意思的話。

Bi gün kaldik, Memnun kalmadik, sadece lobbydeki bar thekede calisan arkadas cok iyidi güler yüzluydu.

Professional staff, Mustafa was wery helpfull. Hotel itself and rooms are wery clean. Big parking. Extrymly good hotel and staff. There is a bar and a restourant with tasty foid. I had Choban cavurma it was wonderfull. Fitness part where you can do.your exercices ...all in all wonderfull hotel

Typical business hotel. Large spacious rooms. They were clean, but I could still smell the smell from smoking (and yes it was a non-smoking room). The staff in the reception was really friendly, but their english skills were limited. When we checked in, only one of the guys were able to communicate well in english. The bar was sooo light, like being at the dentist, but the beer tasted just as good anyway :)

Disappointment. I can say that it is the worst of the hotels I have ever seen. The hotel is locayed in the industrial area. It is too far from the city center. Air pollution around the hotel is a major problem. The hotel is built between the factory chimneys. The food is very bad and tasteless. Food service is very bad. Meals are served cold. The number of staff is very small and inadequate.

So far so good. I coming from Bosnia and Herzegovina. I’m staying here right now. Everything is okay. Hotel is so good. Ogun and Murat are the best. Thanks for everything. Definitely I will come again.
