Great hotel and helpful staff. I had spent 30 minutes at reception before coming to my room, sorting out the next day’s trip, with the staff who was especially helpful. After that, I came upstairs, changed clothes, and was finally ready to rest. Shortly after, I was asked to come back down just to pay for and collect my laundry (express service to which I had to call and followup for). I was extremely tired and not feeling well, so I asked 3–4 times if they could make an exception and bring it upstairs. They refused, saying it’s hotel policy that all payments must be made at reception, a ridiculous policy for a hotel of this standard. Ironically, the same night we ordered food to the room, and they brought a card machine upstairs and took payment on the spot. I had actually planned to rebook this hotel but I decided against it solely because of this inconvenient and inconsistent policy.

Modern hotel located in the business district of Tbilisi. Pool and spa facilities. Beautiful rooftop at floor 37 . Breakfast standard and service need to improvement compared to 5 star hotels I have stayed in Tbilisi.

We had a wonderful stay at the Pullman. It's in the new part of the city so away from the historical places. The breakfast was delicious, the room was amazing and staff were so friendly and helpful.

Very few hotels with 2 single beds, pullman is one of them, it locates beside a carefour super market n some restaurants

It’s really nice hotel, location is perfect Nice spa and swimming pool however services is really bad, very very slow, we went to sky bar which is on 36th floor, sat down for menu and after waiting 30min nobody came to serve us even thou bar was pretty much empty, they should pay more attention to customers, service in pretty bad there Everything else was good

每天都在等電梯，入住密度太大了，房間的設計比較個性，對我來説太小了，隔壁關門床頭都會震動一下，有時候不經意會被嚇一跳，還好就3個晚上，健身房除了酒店客人，也對外辦卡，所以人比較多。整體還湊合，每天都會看到有團體來入住，印度人，韓國人的大團，所以每天早餐都很擁擠。
