It's a hotel with music/jazz theme and its Baldwin piano at the lobby is available for enthusiasts to play although the piano is due for tuning. The hotel is located across the road to Lotus's where one can buy necessities. We had a comfortable stay in the room and we find the staff helpful. The food varieties at breakfast are rather limited and we hope that the hotel could improve in future.

Hotel next to Lotus Hypermarket.. close proximity to shops.. big clean room with big toilet.. the kids love the pool and it is open until 10pm.. breakfast have many varieties and tastes excellent.. great place to stay in Penang..

Booked additional room for my aunty uncle upon arrival. Surprisingly this platform offer a better room rate compare to the property itself.

I rate 1/5 I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The service was very bad, and there was no hot water supply in the shower and bathtub. To make matters worse, the water was extremely dirty. Additionally, the kettle in the room did not function at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The place is conveniently located near a 24-hour shop and also a supermarket. Staff there are generally friendly and helpful. If you enjoy jazz music, this is one of the hotel you have to stay a.lt. Recommended! 👍

I'm not sure, but I've booked for deluxe king room but received superior room instead. The difference was the sofa I guess. A bit frustrated but I guess, nothing much to complaint. My room was located at the 11th floor with spacious and beautiful scenery facing the sea (tho, most of it was actually looking to the lotus's building). Unfortunately, there were small incident of water leakage before, hence, resulted damp carpet and the affected area producing bad smell. There were also small leaking at the door of my room. Indeed, the price and the service together with the hotel amenities is somehow, very good deal. Parking is provided but you need to validate each time exiting the parking bay. Parking bays are divided with 2 sections - Jazz suite and Jazz hotel. Hotel visitors need to park at the hotel parking which located at only 6th floor (A and B) to 7th floor. Time consuming to drive all the way uo there. Didn't try the foods. But the ambience of the hotel is calming. Surrounded with nice artsy and modern chic decoration. Staff were good and professional. Checking in/out process was smooth. Go to the 30th floor, there is swim pool. Up till 11pm. Nice view. They got their lounge as well. I would recommend this hotel. They provides bath tub for each room which is a bonus point. Free bath bomb as well. Room decoration is modern and simple. But practical. Definitely worth every penny. Thanks to the hotel staff who took my request to get small cake to initiate the birthday celebration while I was there. Appreciate it much. Thanks.

Good place to stay just a bit far from Georgetown. Overall nice hotel.

Overall a comfortable stay, spacious room and toilet. Parking seems to be a challenge located at level 4 and narrow space, although it's complimentary. Close to Strait Quay & Tanjung Tokong area.

The best hotel, near everything

Good environment, and the room is quite large compared to other hotels. You can see the sea view.
