No kettle in the room. AC not working, the swimming pool is being refurbished. Bedroom small. Location is excellent.

Nice hotel with great location near the marina. But it gets very loud at night with bass music and drums until 2am daily. This is a problem that needs to be resolved.

Hotel location and room quality were very good. The breakfast was rich with choices, but number of coffee machines were not enough. There were long queues in front of the only two machines. However, they brewed good coffee from seeds. We enjoyed the beautiful voice and songs of the lady at the piano bar in the evenings, but very interestingly the hotel does not have a bar or cafeteria with a sea view. We had to go out to cafeterias nearby to have a cup of coffee with a sea view after a work day. Also they lacked proper stock of alcohol-free beer. It was only available 3 out of 7 nights we stayed and was extremely expensive. I also think the hotel is a bit on the expensive side compared to what it offers. We would stay there again if we get a better deal than this time. Otherwise we will try another hotel. Staff was generally nice and helpful with a smile.

Great hotel Great location We asked for shampoo and shower gel as it was empty. This was not topped up. We asked again it was not done. We had to ask again the next day and made sure the housekeeper got it. This is thenonly negative otherwise the hotel is great.

The hotel location was ok. Right in front of the Playa. strategic hotel but all interiors were too old. The pillow and bed were smelly. So rude and unfriendly reception guy. He overcharged me for 2 person city tax instead of 1 person. Not honest. Wifi connection was bad. Really spoilt my stay. I totally banned Kenzi Solazur. Be careful guys.

The room was dirty. Found a lot of hair in the corners of the room. We had the view to the swiming pool and it is nothing like it looked in booking pictures. The pool looked so dirty so I didnt even want to go swim there. The shower was leaking water so the whole room was wet. The bed wasnt made proparly and it looked discusting. Area for touriste was dangerous with a lot of homeless people that was trying to steel so we wasnt available to go out in the evening. We was so exited to stay in this hotel but we got so sad and disappointed in real life.. Not worth the money at all. Conclusion: nothing close to a 4 stars hotel at all.
