ARK Hotel Taipei Chang'an anmeldelser

Last time I had a room on the same floor as check in and it was a bit loud on that floor. This time I had a room on the 10th floor. Very satisfied. Will stay again. Nice area - easy for public transport. (Bed is ruffled as I had been laying on it).

Generally comfortable and clean, except the beds were somehow not stable (they rock quite a bit when lain in). At first, only one of our two beds had this problem, then for the last night, the other bed became unstable and started rocking quite a bit as well. Maybe it was just a small housekeeping issue and it did not bother us that much.

The breakfast included in the room charge but what I got was a paper bag with sandwich inside. As I know Taiwan’s people are cosy and hospitable, but in this inn you would not find any smile from the staff. I was wondering, didn’t I pay to The room charge.

its terrible, dont stay here, the receptionist is so unfriendly

the place is clean, amenities are complete, however the pillow and blanket smells like bleach which is quite annoying, the location is alright close to many convenience stores, but quite far from the MRT.

Great services, quiet at night, not feel like old hotel in taipei city. The only bad experience is someone used the only common washing machine to soak their clothes for hours and prevented others to use it.

Easy to find, good location close to the MRT in the same line as Songshan airport. Very clean.

Fantastic location with absolutely safety measures at the gate security. Convenience to shopping and local nightlife.

Just for short stay is ok Room is small but clean. Business trip is ok Don't recommend to family trip

Hotel rooms take up 3 floors in this building but rooms are a decent size. There is sufficient space around the bed to open luggage and pack your shopping loot. In the bathroom, there is a laundry basket provided as each floor has a washer & dryer. Very convenient if traveling with family. There's so many food choices downstairs and even the food night market across the road.

Will be back to stay here again
