The hotel is located inside Ximending, making it very convenient to explore the area. The water pressure was a bit weak, but there was a free snack corner, which was a nice bonus.

The location is very good , all the well known foods and mrt are just a few steps away .. The hotel room is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Only that we need to wait a bit longer because our hotel building shares a lift with a restaurant and a cinema and our hotel is at Level 12 last level . We booked a double queen bed room with a nice view at level 13 . From level 12 we need to walk a distance and change another lift to level 13 to reach our room , the only thing I don't like . Can hear next door talking too 🤭

The venue of the hotel is very convenient. The staffs of the hotel were very friendly and thoughtful, they will ask us whether we need any assistance. The lobby can get to see taipei 101 Will definitely book the hotel again when we are going taiwan.

Very good view from my room - Unblocked view to Taipei 101. Rooms are big and clean. Snacks 24/7. Soundproofing is acceptable at most. I still can hear my next door neighbour chatting in their room. Lifts can be quite a long wait because it is shared with the patrons of the shops and cinema downstairs - but it’s not a big issue.

Fantastic location at XiMenDing. Hotel near metro station which makes travelling conveniently accessible. Food street is just right downstairs. Hotel front desk area provides full amenities as well as hot and cold beverages, snacks and cup noodles for guests. Will definitely choose this hotel again!

Convenient location

Here's the corrected version: "I love the room with the Ximending view. I stayed alone and felt comfortable opening my luggage. The room is clean, and the bed is soft, perfect for relaxing after walking all day. What made it even more special is that they provided a mini massage machine in the room, which I really appreciated. It shows that the owner truly understands what customers need. The location is very close to the MRT and surrounded by shops and eateries, with easy access to the walking street. The staff here are excellent, always helpful and supportive. I definitely recommend staying here. 👍

Very convenient location. Friendly staff and comfortable room. The only downside is some guests were loud in the hallway.

Room is dusty, we had to request for the carpets to be vacuumed each time. It is also small (not enough space to fully open 2 medium size luggages at the same time). The toilet bidet breaks down often, thrice over 6 nights. The beddings have stains and loose threads stuck on it. The bed itself is not comfortable; the springs in the bed do not feel supportive and we even had to change bed because the springs on one part of the bed were broken when we arrived. There are random depressions on the floor. The soundproofing is terrible. You can often hear people from nearby rooms showering and flushing the toilet as well as them talking. If anyone has dust allergies, or deals with pains regularly this place is not recommended. That said, the location is great. It is very near ximen station and at the heart of ximending shopping area. You can easily find food and shopping here. The staff are also friendly and nice.

Very accesible

Location of the hotel was in a old building with a cinema so there are quite alot of people using the lifts. To get to rooms on 13 floor, you'll have to go through a roundabout way via lift/stairs. Mainly I find that the building might not be safe in case of emergency as the lift on the 13 floor cannot access to other levels.

The main reason why I chose this hotel was the location. Its very close to ximen station where you can find good foods and do shopping altogether. As for the room, the space is good enough. The only thing that bothers me during my stay was the air conditioning of the room. Considering that it still summer when I visit. Changing the temperature wont do any good, I guess the problem was the ac itself. But still, will book again this hotel because of the location.

easy to locate and is at the heart of xmd. not so much of baby friendly amenities. so is just for basic stay. counter staff are friendly and helpful, which makes the stay feels great.

Prime location in Ximending. Easy MRT access and abundant food choices within the hotel. Room is comfortable and bathroom is clean. Will definitely come back again to stay if I’m in Taipei.
