Excellent Stay! I had a fantastic stay, The staff was friendly, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. Great location and delicious breakfast. Highly recommend!

I stayed here for one night, the room is pretty small but good enough for one person. The night I stayed, it was really really windy and cold so there was an incessant knocking on the wall, which I thought was from next door but upon checking I realised it was from the window every time there was a strong gust of wind. I did not sleep well at all that night.

Spacious for a group of 7 friends, AC unit fully functional and saved our extended trip stay inexpensively

Palmer hotel is very clean and near to Taichung train station. There is also an outlet mall and Yi Chong night market. Palmer hotel staff were very helpful and polite. Will be back again!

Palmer hotel's location is very central, near taroko mall, Taichung park, Taichung train station and miyahahara ice cream shop. Palmer hotel offers buffet breakfast and also has a self laundry - coin operated same floor with the buffet. Room is big, 2 elevators working and quick checkin and check-out process. Thank you for the good service.

It's very convenient for us to grab a car and to go anyway at taichung. And also good view from hotel.

Definitely worth staying here for the location. The hotel is located near the railway station and there are many bus services nearby to send you to different parts of the city/country. Spacious room but sound proofing not that good. Overall great stay....

The staff really have no sense of time and the demanded payment from us at 3am due to a stained towel when were were not even checking out yet. (Were just there to collect something which had been dropped off with them) It made us feel like they are desperate for money, because the front desk staff would not let us go and even said we had to go withdraw and pay them there and then. Fine we paid and went up to the room which we had requested for room service only to find that the sheets they gave us had blood stains on the bed and pillow. The location and room were nice enough but would not recommend people to stay unless you intend to avoid the front desk at late night.

Very cheap and budget hotel , worth for a night of sleep. Just beside rail station
