The hotel was amazing with great location and wonderful facilities. The hotel has an authentic vibe and gives you the feel of being in the heart of Sydney. Definitely recommend.  Some basic issues with the shower but the staff will help you out.

We absolutely love the location of the hotel, which is just so convenient for us to visit different places. The room is spacious and clean. There aren’t a lot of choices at the breakfast and the food tasted rather mediocre. Be that as it may, we had an enjoyable stay here.

Very nice hotel at the centre of Sydney, close to the harbour, the shopping area and the Sydney Tower. The room is clean and big, but not very new. Overall a good experience.

AC in room 2614 wasn’t working but we called hotel staff and they immediately changed to the new room which is bigger. Thanks for promptly responsible. Breakfast is not too much choices tho. Thought it could have been better for 5 star hotel.

Staying in Fullerton Hotel is a wonderful experience. Hesitating between the Fullerton Hotel and the Four Season，finally here we are. Half an hour was spent on the way to the hotel from Sydney International Airport by train，which is in the vicinity of St James Station. Greeted by professional concierge and receptionist，the check in was less than 5 mins. 1 dollar was deducted from card as deposit. The room of 40 square meters was really big for two person. Mini bar was filled with different kind of drinks. Bed & sofa was soft and cozy. Room service was available via a black i-pad on the table，paid by either cash or card when checking out. Sydney Opera House & Hyde Park was nearby，together with other luxury stores. The room price was friendly during off-season，which will definitely double when the new year come. Haven’t tried the Four Season yet and can not give any comments，but Fullerton experience was truly nice and worthy.

Good location. It is within walking distance to the Rock, the Opera House, the QVB, Darling Harbour, the Art Gallery. The room is spacious. Good service.

Great stay to have desserts for welcoming. The room is so spacious and the bed is comfortable. The buffets in the morning have a range of varieties and really nice. We can have access to executive lounge to enjoy afternoon teas and capanes at night. The staff are so polite with great service minds. The hotel sanitizers are Ecolab, which makes me feel safe and clean. I will definitely consider to come back for stay next time.

The location is unbeatable. It’s in the middle of CBD and only 10 min walk to circular Quay. We did not stay in the heritage room, instead, we chose the tower room. TBH, we expected nicer interior design. The furniture gave us an IKEA feel. Fullerton in both Singapore and HK is very nicely done. When we turned on the hot water for either shower or bath, it makes a screeching noise sometimes, which was not pleasant to hear. Anyway, the room is clean and the cleaning ladies were very nice and friendly. The breakfast was good too. Overall, the staff were really good!

Queues for checking in and service at reception were crazy at check-in time, but otherwise, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The quality of your staff is quite inconsistent. The employees at the entrance were very proactive in helping with luggage and had an excellent attitude. However, the staff at check-in were not very friendly, which was off-putting. On the other hand, the breakfast staff were extremely good, very friendly, and proactive in helping. It was just the cook making the eggs who didn't smile, which affected my mood in the morning.

The worst Fullerton hotel (or any 5 stars) hotel I had ever stayed. Feedback about several issues about house keeping team, front desk and amenities. The on-duty front desk manager, Mr Sudeep, only provided lip services and he has no any intention and sincerity to take action and solve the issues we feedback.
