Arcade games located in the extra family room and a air hockey game in the garage for the kids. Washer and dryer available in the garage. Screened in pool and gated backyard for your private shaded backyard oasis. Back yard is enclosed, and we have extra boat and trailer parking on the left side of the front of the home. 1 mile from all that Mount Dora has to offer. Whimsical boutiques, antique shops, outdoor cafes, parks, and our close access to the full chain of lakes. Mt Dora is only 45 minutes from Lake Buena Vista (Disney and Epcot), Universal Studios Florida and its Islands of Adventure and CityWalk dining/shopping/nightlife triumvirate; plus SeaWorld Orlando, accompanied by Discovery Cove and Aquatica water park. But don’t let the turnstiles box you in. International Drive, Pointe Orlando and the Mall at Millennia has tons of shopping, dining and entertainment.
