This spacious condo is perfectly situated on the edge of Carlin Park, just 1200 feet from the beach! The views are spectacular.If you need to work while you're away the loft on the upper level serves as a perfect office space with a beautiful Ernest Hemingway style wooden desk. From the desk you have a great view overlooking Carlin Park.The entire condo is equipped with high speed WIFI for email and zoom meetings along with cable and streaming TV.The location is fantastic. You are only a short walk to the beach through Carlin Park.
