This home offers a large house feel with separate living spaces for privacy when you are with a large group.The top floor patio is the gathering place for the house, boasting stunning west facing sunset views of the Caribbean Sea. The patio has covered and open air areas, hammocks, a large wooden picnic table and couches to lounge on. The Master bedroom of the house is on this floor, it has a very comfortable pillow top king mattress, large closet and views of the valley and ocean. The bathroom is between the kitchen and the bedroom with views of the jungle below. The large fully equipped kitchen has a wonderful ocean view looking out of the front door and windows onto the patio. Off of the kitchen there is a charming floating balcony for you to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sun rise over the mountains of Moca or to watch the moon rise in the evening with a glass of wine!Walking down the stairs from the top floor is the two bedroom apartment (queen size/king size beds) complete with full kitchen, open dining and living room, laundry room and a large jack and jill bathroom.
