The villa stays naturally cooler in the summer, due to thicker walls, hillside position and regular mountain breezes from the hinterland above Magagnosc. If needed there are fans in every room for warmer days.. All around are great hiking possibilities and there is a paragliding school near Gourdon about 10 mins drive away. There are plenty of boating, sailing and canoeing possibilities in all the sea resorts close by including Lac St Cassien in the mountains of the Tanneron. There are several popular Ski resorts within 2-4 hours drive away .Art can be found everywhere in the hills, villages, and towns and it is a sightseer's photographic paradise.. There are a number of painting and drawing schools close by and plenty of dance schools for ballroom dancing and salsa classes.
