Very good place, great location to anywhere, 2 bed rooms and living room was good enough for big family!

We had an amazing time at the W Suzhou. Our 管家/Layla provided exceptional service. We would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Suzhou.

The location is very convenient. Its right next to the major mall in Suzhou. The front desk service person is very friendly, helpful and professional. It would be perfect if the room interior decor is more simple and understated so weary travelers can rest better.

Everything was great. Thank you for delivering W standards wherever whenever 😁 Just perhaps one remark: Despite my more than three years of living in China, I still haven't managed to understand this obsession with swimming hats (is it a legal requirement unique to China?). I hadn't taken two steps out of the swimming pool changing room when the lifeguard almost impulsively asked me if I had taken my swimming hat (which I did btw). For a hotel like the W where the young, modern clientele uses the pool mainly for leisure and taking photos, I find it really old-fashioned to insist on a swimming hat. Why wouldn't the three lifeguards (a bit much for an indoor pool) rather take care of cleaning up the few hairs that float on the surface? A word to the wise...

A very pleasant stay especially the smooth front desk check-in which is warm and friendly from its staff with a special mention to the guest relation manager who provided personalised service. The room is spacious with almost all what you need except an espresso machine which I was expecting in a W hotel but not there. Loved the roof top pool and gym.

Good view on the lake or for a round running around the lake. Closest bars require a Didi.

Katherine’s been very kind and helpful as she has reached me ahead of my check-in and has provided sufficient help during my stay. The location of this hotel makes my visit super convenient. And the view is fantastic.

Excellent stay at the W, pool and hot pool were great, service from the staff was above and beyond what you would normally expect. Room was large clean and kids loved it. Breakfast was a huge selection of great food and not too busy for 10am on a Sunday

My second time here. Same excellent service both at check in and the breakfast buffet. Great range of breakfast foods! Will definitely visit again next time I’m in need of some relaxation time!
