With a view of the Albula Valley. A holiday home lies surrounded by the attractions of the Ela park on the sunny hill between the two mountain villages. Nationwide well-known sights known from the Tagesschau like Landwasserviadukt, the castle ruin Belfort, from the living room visible Crap Furo, (Monumental rock in the center of Graubünden), the Schobstobel waterfall and the thermal and sulfur bath with Golf club in Alvaneu are just some of the wonderful sights, which are reachable from this house by foot even by poor hikers. It is a little crowded paradise for hikers and nature lovers with medium and high mountain hikes from the house. Many of the sights are also accessible by car and public transport. Child friendly, simple chalet "Fricktalerhuus", 3 storeys, surrounded by trees and meadows. Outside the resort, 1 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 11 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. For shared use: large garden, lawn for sunbathing. Patio, garden furniture, barbecue, barbecue house, children's playground. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 4 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 50 m, railway station "Tiefencastel" 4 km, thermal baths "Alvenau Bad" 3 km. Good location, nice playground for the kids. Living room is spacious enough, nice large dining table. Shower is difficult to set and sometimes becomes boiling hot out of nowhere. Bed linen did not smell fresh (nicotine odor) upon arrival.

The apartment is located in a rather peaceful location with, however, some traffic noise. A nice place of game is available for children. The location is superb for visiting this part of Grison.

Die Lage der FeWo ist gut. Schöner Garten, im Besonderen für kleine Kinder. ÖV sind gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr zweckmässig eingerichtet. Alles Nötige ist vorhanden.Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und heimilige Zeit im Fricktalerhuus.... und eine
