There is a shellfish grill on the lower deck for convenient barbecuing and another grill on the upper deck dedicated for meat.Children can play board games in the family room. Adults and children can relive the '90s with the Mortal Kombat and Pacman arcades. The family room includes high-end modern and comfortable furniture and a large 75 in. 4K TV. 4 of the 5 bedrooms are facing the water to allow for scenic views. The 2 bedrooms on the bottom floor open up to a large patio area with plenty of beach chairs. Each bedroom has comfortable lounging furniture to enjoy the water view, read a book or simply take a nap. There are plenty of open areas for you to place a couple of airbeds for extra guests. We provide 4 air mattresses for guest use.The bathrooms are modern and spacious with double sinks, granite counter tops and luxurious showers.And, oh, the kitchen! The kitchen is modern and fully stocked with brand-new smart, stainless-steel appliances. There are plenty of cabinets and modern granite counter tops. There is also a wet bar to mix your favorite cocktails.Walk down the brand-new concrete staircase to a fire pit area for smores and more story telling.
