We are an easy launching point to nearby hiking and biking trails.The space:You'll find the unit bright, clean and tastefully decorated. While we've done our best to make this a relaxing environment, please be mindful that space is limited. In the welcome manual, upon arrival, you will find some helpful tips to best utilize the space.You'll find two bedrooms on the first floor along with the living room, kitchen & bathroom. The 3rd Bedroom is a large open loft space with tall ceilings where you'll find 2 twin beds with 2 pull out trundle beds underneath them for a total of 4 single mattresses along with a sofa. There is an external staircase that accesses this space and also an internal ships ladder. Please note the space is not ideal for smaller children due to the steepness and exposure of the ladder.Please also note that though the guesthouse can sleep 6, the kitchen table only has seating for 4 and the living room is most comfortable for 4-5 individuals and there is only 1 bathroom. Please be sure that your reservation matches your number of guests. We keep our prices & cleaning fee low for occupancy of under 4. Groups of more than 4, will pay an additional per person/per night fee. Non-registered guests are not permitted in the unit without prior approval from the host.
