There is a large front wrap-around deck and a backyard/barbecue fenced-in garden area for dining alfresco. The front yard is large and flat for kids to play on with a long flat paved driveway and easy parking. There is amazing sunshine from early morning to sunset with stunning views of the Big Montana Sky. The house's upper level has an open floor plan with hardwood floors in the kitchen and carpet in the living room. Cherrywood cabinets, surrounding wood and granite countertops, a large gas fireplace with mantle, and a granite stone sitting area. The north-facing wall has large cathedral windows facing the mountain view with a baby grand piano in the living room, with a large open kitchen for entertaining, a breakfast island that holds a 4-burner gas range, electric oven, and wine fridge. The house offers 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 bathrooms and is centrally located in the heart of Missoula in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. It is blocks away from the Bitterroot Trail that leads right to the Old Saw Mill District and the beautiful Downtown Missoula. You are minutes from the University of Montana, Fort Missoula, The Southgate Mall and other shopping/ dining establishments and many outdoor attractions. This house is 2 stories, has a quant little front porch great for enjoying your morning coffee and a little back yard area great for yard games and outside play. You will have access to high speed WiFi, family games, pack n play and high chair (upon request), contactless check-in and check-out with keyless door entry. The first floor offers an open concept that includes the living room, kitchen, dining room, 1/2 bath and laundry room. The kitchen is fully stocked with your everyday necessities needed for your stay. The living room has a comfy leather sectional couch with 2 reclining chairs. There is a 75” TV and sound bar with Roku so you can log into all your favorite streaming apps. The dining room offers a table that seats 6 but can be expanded to seat 8. You will have full access to a washer and dryer during your stay as well. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, 50" TV, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with a double sink. The other 2 bedrooms have a queen bed, and a twin tri-fold memory foam mattress that can fit on the floor at the end of the bed. Twin mattress's are available upon request. There is also an additional full bathroom. A loft area is located at the top of the stairs which includes a large corner desk perfect for remote working. Our home does have seasonal individual A/C units in each of the bedrooms upstairs as well as a larger one in the main floor living space. These will be set up and available mid June through the end of August depending upon outside temperature. Please reach out with any questions regarding the A/C units.Home Truths:1. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval you will be fined $500 per pet.
