The lower floor also has its own private full bathroom. Both levels of the home has its own large patio overlooking the tenth and the eighteenth fairways of the gorgeous Falcon Ridge Golf course. The furnished patios are shaded in mid-day and afternoon with marvelous north, east and southern view from an elevated plateau. A fully stocked beautiful kitchen, a wonderful living room with marvelous elevated views of the golf course, city, mountains, and the early morning sunrise. The city is a golf vacation destination. There are several casinos in the area with great live bands at night if you are looking for evening entertainment. Atv/utv trails are very popular as well. You can access trail systems from the house. Mesquite is an atv friendly town. Mesquite is only 35 miles from southern Utah which offers limitless outdoor recreation opportunities. Zion’s National Park, Sand Hollow reservoir, Tuacahn amphitheater and so much more.
