This 126 year old Victorian is the best destination for staying put or taking day trips to many attractions, including the wineries or beach towns on the coast. The house is spacious (over 3000 square feet) and is designed for entertaining. There's a living area with large 4k high mo definition tv and a parlor for relaxing, a private outdoor area with solo wood stove and outdoor seating and gas grill. This house has two full kitchens; one on each floor. Super fast fiber internet too.There are two parking spaces in the driveway as well as additional parking along the street if needed.The house is in a lovely neighborhood for walking. We looked for a while and picked this house for its beauty and location. We often take a walk in the morning to downtown or to the granary where we stop by for a cappuccino and a local made pastry.The house is in a central location for all types of day trips.
