Studio 7 is located just blocks north of Ben-Griffin stadium/midtown and less than a mile from UF Shands hospital. This cozy and recently renovated mid-century modern carriage house features an in unit smart washer/dryer, a full kitchenette, and a large private yard area for entertainment. A perfect place for one or two people to enjoy!Your stay will include a large private yard where you can play corn hole or giant Jenga, lounge by two fire pits, or enjoy dinner at the outdoor covered dining with food prepared on the charcoal grill.The lot on which Studio 7 sits is divided into two parcels separated by an 8 ft fence. The main house is also an Airbnb. Both units have separate and private entrances, as well as separate yards. The windows overlooking the yard for Studio 7 are frosted. Guests of the main house will not be able to see into Studio 7's yard. Please be courteous to each other and be mindful of noise during the evening hours. In addition, please be respectful of the other guest's privacy and do not enter the larger backyard.
