When we first laid eyes on it, we loved it, but knew we needed to first redesign the 70 year old house to meet modern day style and life. This house has been gutted to the frame. We have removed walls, redone the plumbing and electrical and replaced everything inside. The interior was carefully designed to reflect a modern coastal vibe. Even the doors have been custom constructed and painted to match the coastal green ocean colors you'll see in the Cocoa Beach ocean.
