Please note as stated above this property does not have a standard A/C unit. It has a Swamp Cooler which helps cools the home, but the air is being pushed into the home through a vent from upstairs and water is pumped into the unit. This unit blows cold air into the home and windows must be cracked in order for this unit to work properly. Temperature in the home varies depending on the temperature outside.
