Find 3 stjerner hoteller i Konstanz

Останавливались на одну ночь. В старом городе. Комната маленькая т.к. дом 14го века. Постельное белье и полотенца белоснежные.

The hotel was generally good, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, there were some inconveniences. There was no kettle or water boiler in the room, so I had to go down to the lobby every time I wanted coffee or tea. In the evening, the coffee machine area was closed, and I had to ask the reception to open it. Sometimes the staff were not available or were busy, which made it difficult. On one occasion, I had to leave the hotel and buy coffee from a nearby coffee shop. It would be much more convenient if there were kettles in the rooms or if the coffee machine were accessible at all times.
