"五台山住宿超暖心好評！必須誇爆這位老闆。我們是兩個人從天津自駕來五台山的。感覺老闆及兩個大哥的幫助，替我們解決問題。以下評論絕對真實！！！！ 這次五台山之行真的被酒店老闆狠狠感動到！出發前我們在景區遇到了很多棘手問題，聯繫五台山工作人員也沒能解決，當時心情特別糟糕和無助，甚至都想直接退宿離開。跟老闆打電話想要協商退宿並説了我們的困難，老闆耐心安撫我們，極力邀請我們到店看看，瞭解到我們的難處後，二話不説主動幫忙解決，還特意安排兩位大哥陪我們去景區處理問題，真的幫我們解決了很大的難題，全程用車接送，特別貼心靠譜，讓身處異鄉的我們瞬間有了依靠。不僅如此，老闆還熱心給我們推薦性價比高的飯店和超市，味道不錯，處處為我們着想，服務真的超用心！酒店房間乾淨，環境舒適，衞生條件無可挑剔，住着特別安心。真心感謝老闆的熱心相助和周到照顧，不僅解決了我們的燃眉之急，更讓這次五台山之旅充滿温暖。這才是真正有温度的住宿體驗，強烈推薦給來五台山的朋友，住這裏絕對不踩雷，為暖心老闆和超棒的酒店點贊！酒店房間特別乾淨舒適，設備先進齊全。住酒店這麼多次，這一次真的是最最最發自內心的想要給大家推薦這家酒店"

"This is our first time visiting Wutaishan and we stayed here for 5 nights. We came here by a direct bus from Beijing and the hotel picked us from the bus terminal in Wutaishan. The hotel driver was helpful and polite. We were greeted by 2 pleasant front desk ladies upon check in. We received a beads bracket gift and welcome fruit plate . During the first day we had an issue with the air conditioning unit in our room and they changed our room the very next day. The hotel is located just off a busy street with lots of restaurants and shops. There is also a shuttle bus stop just around the corner. There are many famous temples here all within walking distance from the hotel. There is a restaurant in the hotel and the food is delicious and we had a meal served in our room. The lady boss (who we didn’t meet) provided us with information for our trip planning and helped us to book a land tour of the 5 mountains. Lastly we would like to compliment the 2 front desk staff, the 2 cleaning staff and the driver for their enthusiastic attitude and service. Overall we enjoyed our stay here."
