Our family stayed here for 4 nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is perfect close to Middle Huaihai Road station, and we enjoyed taking a pleasant stroll over to West Nanjing Road. This hotel was exactly what we were looking for: a peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds. The room features were top-notch, including individual air conditioning control and an automatic smart toilet. While there is no formal breakfast, they provide complimentary tea, coffee, popcorn, and soda, which was a lovely touch. The staff is truly the highlight of this place. They went above and beyond to help us with everything. A special shout-out to the young lady working the night shift she was incredible! She helped me order diapers and navigated the process until it was successful, using a translator to communicate with me throughout. I was so touched by her dedication. Some staff members also speak English, which made our stay much easier. Inside the room, the TV had great channels that kept my daughter entertained with cartoons, and the sound system was absolutely superb one of the best I’ve experienced. We definitely made the right choice staying here. I highly recommend this place and will certainly return. Trust me, you will love it here!

Fremragende receptionspersonale, oversatte via telefonapp. Engelsk/kinesisk. Kaffe/te, endda massagestole i receptionen. Værelse: Fantastisk. Sengene var enorme og komfortable - vi fik en opgradering til et større værelse. Bruseren og toiletartiklerne var så forfriskende. Håndklæderne var dejlige, bløde og rene. Morgenmaden var den bedste, jeg har fået i lang tid. Jeg nød ris, spejlæg, nudler, frugt og grøntsager. Selv muslinger en morgen. Stort udvalg af drikkevarer. Cheffen og personalet var meget glade og hjælpsomme. Ekstremt rent. Jeg brugte vaskerummet, som også havde en tørretumbler. Dette var nyttigt, da jeg skulle videre til Beijing bagefter. De andre familieværelser har rutsjebaner og er duplex. Swimmingpoolen er fantastisk om sommeren. Fremragende pris, fremragende valg for familier, der skal til Disneyland og andre lokale ture. Elskede at kunne gå langs den lokale gade for at se Shanghais lokale mad, butikker og liv. Det ser ud til at være en familiedrevet virksomhed, som det er dejligt at støtte. Beliggenheden er fantastisk i forhold til lokale butikker, mad og 7/11 supermarked med snacks og drikkevarer. Restauranter og mad til de lokale, som var lækker og til en god pris. Fremragende shuttlebus. Taxa (Didi) kostede £3 tilbage fra Disneyland. £11 til Shanghai Greenhouse Gardens (aftenbillet £5,40). Dette er en fantastisk tur, som du ikke må gå glip af.

My husband and I live in Shanghai but we had a few days off of work so we came to stay here for a little staycation. We had a wonderful time, The location is really close to the Wild animal park, Disney and Shanghai village. Everyone who works there is so friendly and helpful, we felt really welcome the whole time. The pool is lovely and the outside area looks so beautiful at night with all the fairy lights. We really liked our room and the terrace outside. Overall it is a great place to stay and we will definitely be back!

First of all, we stayed for 3 days and changed rooms three times for various reasons. First, we were given the wrong room, then the next room was just too cold even with the heating system. It’s like the window had a leak somewhere. They were very willing to change rooms and listen to us which I highly appreciated. The staff were very kind. The location is abit far from the metro but there’re a lot good restaurants around, from hotpot to seafood to noodles and rice. It’s all a stone throw from this hotel. The amenities were modern too.
