"brought my two boys to Dongying for a couple nights to go to the zoo. The staff at the front desk were amazing. Room was nice for two young kids. Breakfast was OK. I am writing to express my disappointment with two aspects of your service. Firstly, I have found that there are no UBS points available for charging. This significantly limits my ability to use the service effectively. Secondly, there is no service available to call for transport, which adds to the inconvenience.
I hope these issues can be addressed promptly to improve the overall user experience.

This hotel is very good. The room is spacious and quite classy and it's also very clean. The beds are very comfortable and the girls at reception are more than helpful. Hotel's location is also convenient - there are plenty of restaurants around. Breakfast is OK. Overall, great value for money.

We stayed at this Blue Horizon about 4 times before Covid, and we always liked it. During our recent stay, there were still a lot of things we liked. The rooms are clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room rates are good. The breakfast is excellent. The beds are on the hard side, but that is common in China. You can tell the hotel is getting a little old as it was built in 1994. However, it has been kept in very good condition, and many of the rooms seem like they have been remodeled. The big negative for us was the air conditioning. It was hot in Dongying while we were there. Even when the air conditioning is running normally, it does not work very well. The only control in the room is a fan speed control, and even at high speed, the room does not cool very well. The problem is that they turn off the air conditioning system for hours during the day and night. When the air conditioning was off, the room would get very hot. It was so uncomfortable, that we were forced to check out and move to a different hotel. Apparently the Blue Horizon is having financial problems, and I am guessing that they turn off the air conditioning system to save money. We also heard that the employees are not being paid regularly. That is unfortunate because the employees at this hotel are wonderful.
