Huge screened porch with views of both the ocean and the waterway. Outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. Driveway holds 3 cars comfortably but can squeeze 4-5 cars. Short and easy walk across street (about 100 yards) to beach access #25 (no public parking and no condos on this part of the beach so not crowded).🌀We highly recommend travel insurance, especially June - October, which is hurricane season.
