Fishers (a mustelid mammal) and turkeys add to the list of wildlife not seen in the city! The water sometimes (rarely) has a sulfuric smell and although treated, we personally prefer not to drink for coffee, drinking, etc.... Please be prepared to bring water and paper products you will need- we do share what we have but only in base amounts. Alternately, feel free to leave yours behind.Please know we are a family who enjoys sharing our property with you and ask you return the property to us in the same condition as it was provided. We ask you remove your own garbage. Because this ask has not always been respected, we do ask for a trash removal fee if you do not.
