A traditional Tuscan house, located in a peaceful area at 700 m above sea level with 25 hectares of land extending to the valley. The hiking paths start as you step out of the door, near to Cortona leading to many cities of artistic, cultural and historic interest in southern Tuscany and Umbria. These are also easily accessible by car. Facing the eastern side of the lake there is a large flat square, with great views of the countryside and the mountains, A covered garage for 3 cars, a table tennis table shaded by a 60 sq.m pergola with wisteria where you can sit and dine comfortably even in the warm midsummer climate. The southern side has a paved 80 sq.m terrace with a table, sun loungers and an almond tree that gives shade, where there is a sun kissed dining area, sheltered in the autumn and springtime.
