The location of the apartment is great: it is a the bottom end of the harbour with a 5-minute walking distance to Kolovare beach and a 10-minute stroll to the center of the old town. Standard amenities, such as a hospital, police, fire fighting station, and ambulance are within walking distance and a plethora of cafes and restaurants are around, with a Galleria shopping mall just around the corner. Zadar is quiet and safe: you can go for walks during the night as well as during the day. You will discover splendid vestiges of the Roman era, but also fine shops, restaurants at affordable prices, fruit and vegetable markets, outdoor concerts. “Little Croatian Rome” (zadar) is surrounded with 5 National Parks: Paklenica, Kornati, Plitvice Lakes, Krka waterfalls and North Velebit. Apartment is modern, spacious and clean, fully equipped. It is an ideal romantic getaway for a couple, or a couple with young child. Very safe and off the street, with complete privacy and quiet. In the garden there is a private pool, garden furniture, 2 solar showers and barbeque. The bedroom sleeps 2 + 1 child (on separate bed). There is a sofa bed in the dining area (for a child). So the maximum occupancy can be 2 adults + 2 children. Kitchen is fully equipped, bathroom with rain shower. Our guest enjoy their stay very much.
