In the morning, I pushed open the window and saw the misty river surface rising in front of my eyes. The local grandfather has already started a day of fishing and started a new day with the sound of paddling. The interior of the homestay features a simple Chinese style, and when you open the door, you can see the weeping willows by the river. Here, you can let go of all the distractions and enjoy British afternoon tea to the fullest, feeling the warmth of the sunshine gently brushing your cheeks. The night in Tongli Ancient Town is the most charming, with lanterns of all sizes strung together along the riverbank, as if wearing a red necklace for the river. The restaurants and bars on both sides of the river began to liven up, sitting by the window, watching the night scenery, listening to the singing, as if forgetting all the troubles.
