"設施：新開業的酒店設施很新 智能家居窗簾 獨立衞浴，有小冰箱，不太隔音，老年人晚上上廁所能聽到別的房間年輕人説話的聲音，走廊裏和一樓大廳空調不好很冷，室內空調温度還好入住不冷 洗澡水很熱，停車場在酒店院子裏車位緊張，車距窄 新手和停車技術不好的不建議院內停車 ，健身房門要密碼裏面黑的不開燈 沒進去 衞生：床單上有頭髮 沒拍照片 不知道床品是否一客一換 ，建議提升一下 環境：酒店位置很好 出門幾百米就是老忻州菜館當地人也去吃飯要排隊。用餐方便。 服務：高檔榜的酒店均價600的家庭房早餐沒有咖啡，連咖啡機都沒有。放麥片的勺子在麥片罐子裏挺不衞生的，麥片機也沒有。早餐整體品質來説麪條老年人喜歡。值得表揚的是有師傅幫忙拿行李上樓，工作人員見了客人主動打招呼 總體來説酒店評分比實際情況高了一些。高檔酒店榜上的酒店應該更好一些"

"先説缺點：空調衹能制熱不能製冷，反映好幾回解決不了，屋裡25、6℃太熱，衹能關了；一樓和負一服務員普通話不過關，我説話她們聽得懂，反過來就不行了；屋裡收費的商品有點多，既有好幾十一套的洗浴服（其實有免費的，不知道放收費的目的是啥），又有一百多一袋的茶葉，套套光明正大擺在桌子上，對帶小孩的客人不要太尷尬；還有就是早餐屬實有點簡陋，對不起將近700一晚的價位。再説優點：一是房間夠大，住起來很痛快；二是住客每天晚上可以領一份麪，孩子吃美了；三是餐廳炒菜良心價，口味不賴，醬醋魚尤其好吃；四是住客全天免費負一洗浴，一層汗蒸，孩子沒事就惦記去玩，而且都是温泉水，水乾淨，花灑一流，沖澡堪稱享受。總體而言，瑕不掩瑜，絕對值得推薦。"
