Harborside Suites in Yarmouth, MA was the perfect spot for our recent vacation. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach and close to everything. The rooms were beautifully renovated and clean, making us feel right at home. We loved having the beach so close and being able to enjoy the Cape Cod sunshine. Highly recommend!

My recent stay at Harborside Suites in Yarmouth, MA was absolutely fantastic. The location was prime, with easy access to the beach and all the charming shops and restaurants that Yarmouth has to offer. The suite was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. I would highly recommend Harborside Suites to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable Cape Cod vacation.

Check in was really weird. Waiting 20 minutes at the check in time for someone to check us in. Then while going through the whole process, the employee hands us batteries for the room as this was a normal practice. Then when getting to the room, The tv had no cable and we had to set up the whole tv. The location was great. When checking out, the employee had her foot leaned against the door relaxing. Which only grossed me out because they wasn't wearing shoes.

ROACHES! Please look elsewhere when considering your stay in Yarmouth! My friend and I checked in/checked out on the same day due to finding a cockroach in our bathroom. Once there is one (especially one that is visible) you know there is more! We called the front desk immediately who offered to accommodate us to a different room, however, we knew that wouldn’t fix the overall issue. A refund was requested but only granted for the second day of our stay. We ended up having to go elsewhere in the middle of the night.

The hotel was just like the pictures. Newly renovated and managed in a good location walking distance to one of my favorite Italian restaurants around, Gerardi's cafe. The hotel has all the modern amenities you need and feels safe all for a great price point compared to the big chain hotels around. Definitely planning another stay there when in the area!
