Had a king room on 12th floor for 7 days. First impression of hotel was fair, corridor does smell musky/food. Room is big but certainly need some cleaning and maintenance. Stains on carpet, spills on cabinet, cob web on bathroom ceiling, shower drainage smells when shower is in use, shower hose water pressure is weak, housekeeping is not consistent of refilling amenities, often not complete. Air conditioning is extremely cold, in-room control does not have much effect on changing room ac temperature but to have it On/Off. 2 bottles of water are complimentary everyday, as well as one time welcome snacks.

Always stay in artotel whenever i go to jakarta. Big twin bed artsy room. Perfect location. Nice breakfast.

The hotel is relatively new, gives you excellent service and the facilities are great. On the day of arrival the hotel couldn’t offer me the room I initially booked and they upgraded me to another room directly. Facilities like the gym, pool, cafe and the restaurant meet the expectations of a 5 star hotel. Due to the location you often have to face traffic, but other than that it’s worth staying there. Good value for money.

Hotel rating is grossly over rated, even though the check-in staff explained it's a local 5 star hotel. Hotel has infrastructure of 5 star hotel but inside is lacking. 3 out of 4 lifts are in operation, the waiting time to take the lift is long. There's no hot water between 12mn to 3am everyday due to upgrading. The auto curtains motor buzz non stop even when you don't use it, it became a noise pollution in the room. Had to call the maintenance team to remove the power supply. No bath mat was provided and the shower water pressure is extremely low. Blown light bulb weren't replaced. Room soundproofing is bad, you can hear corridor & neighbor activities. From price point to value, better to bring your business to international 4 star hotel chain instead.

The room and the bathroom is spacious. Unfortunately the amenities is travel size so needed to be refill every day. I expect for the 5 stars hotel to have the big bottle for amenities. The carpet somehow a lil bit smelly and dirty. The breakfast have various options but the taste is not as good as the last time I had AYCE dinner in this hotel few months ago. When I came on the first day bringing my big luggage, the security didn’t help me at all🥲 so I got to carry by myself by stairs (luckily it was short stairs). However, the hotel staff were nice. Location very strategic and has a good view.

The shower is not usable for taking a bath, the water pressure is so low, it took a long time just to wash hand.too bad, since the employee is very dedicated and friendly

The cleaning service wasn’t clean at all. They front desk kept on ignoring for nearly 2 days what I have asked.

Our experience at Mangkuluhur Suites was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we were made to wait for three hours past the check-in time, only to be told that only one room was ready, despite our reservation clearly being for two rooms. The situation got worse when they assigned us connecting rooms, only to realize that one of the connecting rooms was already occupied by someone else. This lack of organization was shocking and unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. We then had to wait an additional 45 minutes before finally being given the rooms we had booked. This entire ordeal caused unnecessary stress and completely ruined the start of our stay. Mangkuluhur Suites needs to seriously improve its management and coordination to avoid inconveniencing guests like this. Unfortunately, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel to others.

The worst service I ever had. I have requested to see the room. They don’t give any notice for over 2 days and seems they are careless. I never had this kind of experience at all in any other 5 star hotels.

It was a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was not very varied, but all tasted good. I am planning to come again with a group and would like to stay here.

Location wise is great as it’s about a 10 minute ride to GBK and 7 minutes to Lotte Mall. Staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is a large variety but the quality isn’t that great. Room cleanliness is pretty basic, but the paint and wood are chipped and scratched so I guess renovations are much needed. Wish there was a proper spa in the hotel.

Location of this hotel is the best in Jakarta. Even if sometimes they show very long faces, generally people (employee) are kind and quick to problems and issues. However, one serious improvement is needed: GYM. The exercise equipment at the GYM is so poor that it is truly terrible. They claim to be a 5-star hotel, so how can they claim to take care of their customers' health with such cheap exercise equipment? And most good hotels have gyms open 24 hours a day, but this one opens at 6 o'clock. I like this hotel, located in central places of financial organizations and very close to government organizations, except GYM facility
