We apologize for the inconvenience for the smoke smell on the 29th floor as you have correctly stated, it is a non-smoking floor, unfortunately, smoke travels from the smoking floor above and affects the 29th floor. We will certainly take them into account when we review with the respective team members, on how to solve the problem. As much as we want to assign all rooms to non-smoking, we do have guests who still request to be on the smoking floor.
