Très bon hôtel

Great hotel. Clean. All staff very friendly and welcoming. Animation team great and keeps everyone entertained. Rooms are clean get cleaned often with offers of new towels every day. Food is ok abit repetitive but always found something to eat.

the animation team are fantastic and so lively and fun to be around and the hotel is very clean and very nice scenery and the food is amazing and the hotel im generally is a lovely place to stay as everyone is so friendly and so welcoming and the animation team make sure your involved in everything its such a beautiful hotel

Did a week all inclusive for the little lads birthday and all I can say is the value for money is unbelievable, very friendly staff who make your holiday very enjoyable and sorted a table with balloons and a birthday cake for tea which looked lovely! I would definitely recommend to anyone who want a lovely family holiday!

This is 3 star ⭐️ hotel. Standards have slipped since last year. The beach area for guests is dirty with cigarettes tissues/ rubbish in the sand. Last year the beach area was lovely. Change of staff clearly not looking after the beach area. Hotel understaffed Hotel gardens grounds still lovely Evening entertainment very poor and very loud music in the lobby bar in the evenings - terrible Staff still friendly Hotel was good last year but not this year and for a 4 ⭐️ still using paper / plastic cups not acceptable Also bar glasses just rinsed cleaned under tap water this is not good need to be cleaned in hot dishwasher A LOT of GUESTS sick and bad stomach even children poorly - this is either due to the food or the glasses and plastic glasses not being washed properly in tap water then being given to next guest.

Great location with own beach! Central location. Lovely hotel and grounds all well kept. Very clean throughout. Plenty of tables in restaurant and no problem getting plates etc! Food was fresh and lots of variety. Lots of choice for all three meals of the day. Veg, salad, meats, fish, fruit and dessert. Waiters will happily bring your drinks to tables. No bananas due to high import tax but not an issue for us. Plenty of sunbeds available by the pool and beach so no need to reserve. Music played around pool. Sunbeds on beach were so comfortable. Quite for more chilled experience. Water sports available right next to hotel beach area. Local spirits and beers available. Cocktail list available. There are some premium spirits and bottled beers available to purchase if you want. Prices are cheap. If you drink a particular spirit I would recommend taking a bottle with you or grab one from duty free. For example I drink Dissarono and there was a shortage in the country due to high import taxes. Couldn't fault our Tui rep Alladin who did his best to find me some! Alladin had great knowledge and very honest when it came to trips etc. Great job Alladin! Entertainment was ok, this is held inside during the winter months. Some nights were hectic with kids running around as the next door hotel were allowed to watch entertainment and parents did not have any control. Entertainment team were very friendly and encouraged participation but did leave you alone if you weren't interested. Room was large and clean. Great view to the pool and beach. Be mindful as there are quite a lot of steps inside hotel there is a lift but most rooms still involve steps. Shop in hotel with beach accessories, souvenirs and snacks. Prices good. Pharmacy literally two minutes away along with some little shops. You don't have to tip but the barmen and waiters work very hard and the wage is ridiculously low in Tunisia so we did and they were very grateful. Taxi's outside but make sure you agree on price before you get in. Would definitely stay again, couldn't really fault the hotel.
