Lovely hotel though very confusing to find the rooms as there are 3 different buildings and signage not too clear. Breakfast options very limited but what we had was nice . I think more than one little coffee should be permitted without an additional charge. Room was lovely but many rooms don’t have a view on to anything which is a shame . We chose to have a balcony as we wished some outdoor space but don’t expect to look at anything as there are high screens disguising lack of view. Sorrento is a lovely little village with nice shops but 2-3 days is probably long enough . The hotel restaurant was also lovely with nice food and drinks. Pool is the best part , nice area to while away an afternoon . Nicest part of the Mornington Peninsula in my opinion .

I ended up staying for an unplanned night, and despite my error in booking dates, the front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful in resolving the issue. They even upgraded my room for free, which was a lovely surprise. Breakfast wasn't a buffet, but it was still delicious and satisfying. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. One thing to note: all liquor shops close before 9 PM, and the hotel doesn't offer alcohol service after that time, so it's best to purchase you might want in advance.

warm pool, great for kids swimming as its only 120cm. fantastic view and delicious breakfast the only thing need to improve is the lift is a bit slow!!!

Very nice atmosphere that really make you feel like you are on a holiday. Bump into a wedding ceremony when I checked in. Staff was friendly. However there are no free parking even staying with the hotel. I like the view from the window.

安排了一個短小的度假，選擇了洲際索倫託莫寧頓半島酒店（InterContinental Hotels Sorrento Mornington Peninsula）。一直很信任IHG的品牌，這次也沒有讓我們失望。房間整潔舒適，員工服務親切專業。酒店地理位置非常好，就在海邊，走幾步就是小鎮中心，周圍有不少可逛的商店和餐館，非常方便。整體體驗很滿意，適合放鬆

定了帶陽台的豪華間 但是給的是面對停車場的 還不如1800的房間 感覺攜程每次定的都是邊角房

這次入住體驗非常愉快，酒店裝潢時尚大氣，房間視野開闊，夜景迷人。工作人員態度友好，響應迅速，提供了許多實用的本地旅行建議。衞生狀況無可挑剔，細節處理到位。健身房和泳池設施一流，為旅途增添了不少樂趣。性價比高，下次還會選擇這裏！

酒店位置很好，整個建築很美麗，但是房間真的非常非常小，20平都不到驚呆了。早飯時間很長，一直到中午12點，可以先退房再吃早餐，不過品種不是很豐富，補貨也不太及時。一次不錯的體驗，但是由於酒店太小很難給人度假感。

酒店在mornington半島頂端有小意大利之稱的小鎮sorrento。沿途的海灘都很漂亮。去的第一晚前台的local非常熱情，免費升級了一個套房，窗外就能看見海。窗外景色讓人驚艷。房間準備了可以調雞尾酒的gin，湯力水和工具，有浴缸，膠囊咖啡機。果斷選擇續住，結果第二天reception換了人，要我們換一個小房間。換的第一個房間廁所門卡住，換的第二間電話壞了，馬桶上還有尿漬。一頓complain以後，還好遇到一箇中國的duty manager。給我們升級了一個另外的房間並送了紅酒以表歉意。

Leider liegt das Hotel nicht am Meer und von unserem Zimmer hatten wir einen Blick in ein anderes Wohnhaus sowie einen Parkplatz. Die Vorhaenge dunkeln nicht ab, geputzt wurde die Zeit als wir da waren im Zimmer nicht. Die Dusche/ Toilette wurde nicht sauber gemacht und im Zimmer auch nicht gestaubsaugt. Auch wurde unsere Terassentuer offen gelassen nach dem putzen. Einzig die Betten wurden gemacht. Es gibt keine Q-Tips, Seifenspender in der Dusche hat auch nicht funktioniert. Inroom Dining endet um 21:00 Uhr und die umliegenden Restaurants haben auch kein Essen mehr nach 20:30 Uhr. Das Fruehstueck ist aehnlich wie in Brunch und es gibt 8 ausgewaehlte Gerichte die man bestellen kann. Kein Fruehstuecksbuffet. Der Service der Mitarbeiter beim Fruehstueck ist sehr freundlich genau wie bei der Rezeption. Fitness-Studio ist ok, ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und klein fuer die groesse vom Hotel. Pool haben wir nicht angeschaut. Fuer ein 5-Sterne Hotel und die Preiskategorie zu teuer und mangelhaft. Wir haben schon in deutlich besseren Hotels uebernachtet.
