Very good location,easy access to arab street,hotel clean,and counter service very good

Very good location for taking the bus very easy . Near to Arab street Haji lane a lot of food . Bugis junction, City hall , China town, is also not too far . It is better take the bus from Victoria street ..

Hotel location near from Haji Lane and you can find halal restaurant with cheap price “Hj Maemunah”. Bus stop, in-front of hotel, 700m to Bugis MRT, 400m to Lavender MRT. I prefer using Bus, because near from hotel. Hotel very clean and not noisy. I just see a litle staff, but all staff are very humble. Good service.

was super clean and easy to check in, enjoyed our stay thoroughly. was able to roam around bugis, n try some these halal ********* noodles. great location ! 711 opposite n lots of brunch places around.

The room was nice and big and in a great location with a 7-11 just across the road! Staff were friendly and there's a little ice cream cafe connected to the hotel. Only downside is that the towels smelled a little musty but it wasn't terrible. Overall a good stay!

The location is excellent to explore local food culture and shopping. Not too far away from bugis junction and bugis street. Near from haji lane and bali lane ( the most iconic street for young people ).

When we first entered the hotel to check in, there were guest infront so we have to wait. Took quite some time. Then when we want to checked in we were infoed by the receptionist that our room had some issues which is that there were some power trip issues for our room. First bad sign. We had to wait for a while while they tried to settle it. After few mins we asked again and they said they will give us a temporary room and our extension stay will extend to 1 more hour. The receptionist were kind and polite though. So we were given a temporary room for around 30 to 40 mins our room were fixed amd they called us up to proceed to our ro at level 2. We proceed to our room and the aircond isnt the unit type it is the ceiling type like a built in. My partner doesnt like it as it was not cold enough. But for me it was okay temperature. The star of he show is the jacuzzi. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi , it was so romantic and beautiful at night. But the moment we wanted to go to bed, i heard so many strange noises worst of all heard someone snoring so loudly that i cant even sleep. I have never encounter hearing like these from other hotels that we have go go our stayations. Other than the jacuzzu, i think this is just another typical hotel. Apart from jacuzzi, plus point is the bidet, the high bed and cleanliness too. the receptionist was also polite and kind. it was a nice place but i would opt for rest bugis which is just beside for a better vibe..

Good - 7 eleven and bus-stop to town opposite, very near the mosque, warm reception staff, massage shop nearby. Can try the food at Chix, really good value! Can also walk over to CityGate BeerThai House Restaurant and the nice goreng pisang and potato balls. ＜3 Can be better - SADLY, jacuzzi only is actually only bath tub.. didn't have any pump for my room, dont know why it's promoted as jacuzzi. Doesnt feel clean. As corridor/rooms are very compact, with doors side by side, can hear talking throughout the stay. inner/toilet windows are also facing other rooms with blinds. kettle had left over tea leaves even after 3rd rinse. pillows are flat types. plugs can be nearer the bed and tv-screen could consider making it able to turn to face the bed. shared toilet slider door /one compartment. can hear ppl showering lol. overall cramped and dated rooms but interesting compact layout!

A great place to stay when you come for travelling or long stay. I like the ambience of the place which makes me feel cozy

3 adults 2 kids, the room is well equipped and clean. The room has 1 double bed + 1 bunk bed. The room is at the ground floor so if there are people walk passed the corridor, you can hear it very clearly. However the street is very quiet in the night and we had a good sleep there. Location wise, a bit of walking frm mrt and very easy to navigate via google map. Good experience overall.

The facilities and room showed signs of weariness, the head rest were dismantled from the jacuzzi. Nevertheless a nice stay with the jacuzzi in a private outdoor area, other than that nothing special stood out.

The staff are friendly, location very strategic near Kampong Glam, Haji Lane, Arab Lane, Bugis Market. The room very clean and tidy. Very close to bus stop and you can walk to MRT station

Toilet ventilator not working well, and the light was dim, can even see myself clearly to shave. Shower area is not partitioned enough, it splashes everywhere. Huge king size bed, but too big for such small room. TV has no Netflix or any entertainment.
