Relatively small room. Found hair on my pillow and room very dusty. There were some fruit flies around in room and also bathroom and I got itchy skin due to allergy to dust. Won’t back anymore. Toilet is extremely small and uncomfortable.

NICE! Loved the suvai teas. Reception Evan was super cool and helpful, swift. 20min walk to GreatWorldCity/NewBahru/ZionFoodCentre/Havelock mrt areas nice. . Jacuzzi at pool area nice touch. Seem to have a 7-11 nearby! and there's a instachef machine (didnt get to try). MAYBE - shower not strong. Public wifi didnt feel secure. rooms felt dated and 90s. TV was on during my check-in, called to get help to get the remote back to turn off noisy tv, but no one came back to me till i checked out next day. ended up it was room service I bumped into who helped me as lady happened to be along the corridor and knew where to get spare.

Location was nice and by the singapore river. Room was cozy and spacious. Bed was very comfy aswell.

the concierge lady was not at all friendly, and had a black face when serving myself & other guests. felt like she did not even want to work! asked for an iron & only the board was given…. ??? otherwise, the company i had w me was great!

Positives: The pool was quite big, and the jacuzzi was nice. The location was also quite good as the hotel is a short walk to the Singapore River (the view at night is amazing, and there are a lot of expensive eating options). The breakfast was really yummy 😋 The room was also quite nice, and the television was a bit blurry but had a lot of channels :) Negatives: the room bath area had a nest of insects. The service was also very slow, I had to remind them 3 times to set up the sofa bed. They also accidentally gave a guest my room card, so the guest suddenly entered my room :(

I had a comfortable stay at Studio M. It’s location is good for both business and leisure travellers.

Check in was a little slow because you’re unable to use the self check in kiosk but besides that, quite clean! Pool was fun as well. Just wish they provided more tissues and also that the housekeeping was quicker because I turned the button on for few hours and when I came back from the hotel, the was still unkept. No trashcans around the hotel to throw out daily garbage so please take note as room for inprovement. Overall, comfy stay and thank you for service.

Booked studio m for our celebration for the loft space and enjoyed the location here. It had a great view and it was so close to Singapore river and Alkaff bridge (great for romantic dates). Was concerned about the blanket that they had but room service said that it was the feathers in the blanket that clumped together? 😅 and I didn’t like that the curtains were dusty and a bit hard to draw. The pillows were kind of flat as well. Overall I think it was really worth the stay for the accessibility and views 👍🏼

Terrible cleanliness. One of the pillows had a strong cigarette smell, bedding were dirty and caused us to itch, shower gel was not replenished despite us checking in late and toilet smelled like funky water. We left in the middle of the night during our staycation because we could not take the itch any longer. Stay at your own risk.

My partner and I recently stayed at Studio M Hotel for a 2-day, 1-night getaway, and it was a wonderful experience. It wasn’t too crowded when we went, and the peaceful atmosphere was ideal for unwinding. The breakfast at the café was decent, though we opted to explore nearby eateries for a wider variety. There were a few minor downsides, like the limited parking and some furniture showing signs of wear, but they didn’t bother us much. The staff was friendly and efficient, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Overall, Studio M Hotel was a great choice for a short and stylish couple’s retreat. We’d definitely consider coming back!

The comfortable studio room at the Studio M hotel is a great place for a couple to unwind. It's a good idea to install a bidet system or spray in the toilet for convenience. Overall, it's a place where couples can spend time together.
