We seek your kind understanding in this matter. -- As we are an experience-led social living service residence, light housekeeping is done once every 3 days and full housekeeping is done once a week. In between if you needed any amenity top-up or have any queries, you are always welcome to approach our friendly lyf Guards at our Say Hi! counter who would be happy to assist. The light cleaning includes clearing thrash, change of towels, making of the bed and top up of amenities. We seek your kind understanding in this matter. --We apologise if the variety did not meet your expectations. As our F&B services are provided by an external vendor, we are continuously working with them to enhance the offerings for our guests.-- We understand that having a limited selection and only a noodle rotation may not have been ideal, and we appreciate your input.
