So happy I chose this hotel over others for my first solo trip in town! Location is amazing. Dhoby Ghaut mrt is super convenient to go anywhere. Will definitely return! Only downside I’d comment on is how the bathroom is really small and the shower water pressure was low. One of the towels had stains on them too. But overall still a great stay!

We booked this hotel because of its convenient location and celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday.The hotel fully met our expectations, and there are many surprises! The hotel consider a free upgrade room for us. We will definitely choose this place again and recommend it to our friends because the atmosphere is friendly and hospitable; the staff are smiling and helpful, and the environment is clean and tidy. It is a bit expensive, but the location, service, and room decor are excellent, and I often stay at this hotel when I visit Singapore. They offer free drinks and snacks, and free ice cream between 12:00 and 18:00. The rooms are cleaned daily and I highly recommend this hotel.

I arrived at night, the front desk staff were very lovely and helpful about how to get round Singapore. It is a few minutes walk from a bus stop / underground station so very easy to get to everything. There is a free mini bar and free ice cream daily which is great when you are rushing around.

Room is clean and cosy. Like the mini sofa n table so we can munch a bit of food properly in the middle of night. Room size is slightly small to fit huge luggage but can make do with a cabin size.

Wonderful experience every time I’m here. It’s my go-to staycation place whenever I need a break from work! Comfortable bed and pillows, with a daily restocked mini-bar and daily ice-cream keep one satisfied indeed! ☺️

Great location near the MRT, Somerset and Orchard shopping malls. The nearby Fort Canning Park is a nice place to visit. The mini bar contains snacks and drinks.

The space was fine, well cleaned room and good consideration of having water filter in the room. There was some noise with the air-cond during the midnight which affected the stay experience.

This year I compared two properties for my business trip then I chose the right one. At first, it's because of the location and budget, second is the water filter and the hotel's decoration. Daily Minibar benefits are the best. On the arrival date, we checked in with the Front Manager "Shawn" which was a super service mind but not only him, the lady who works at the concierge was also super friendly and other staff too. For me, I'm satisfied during my stay. And give the plus score for the Minibar, which is less sugar so I took it all to the event as I need the energy... The breakfast is not too much variety but it's enough.
