Good: staff are very friendly, good location for price, has breakfast option although it's simple, bathroom is very clean, bed (double bed) is comfortable, aircon works great to make comfortable and cold Bad: some slight mould on the walls in main room of bedroom, elevators abit slow, breakfast dining area is small so crowded during peak times but can usually find a seat besides someone. Overall, Its okay except mould on upper ceiling

Room given and the room booking photo doesn’t match. Cabinet for hanging clothes is dusty, there’s hair in the toilet leftover from previous stayer, doors are in bad condition, bed has some sandy bits kinda things, sound proofing isn’t properly done, could hear children screaming next door, people moaning having sex in the middle of the night, door banging, air isn’t clean, woke up coughing. Other than that location is good. Nothing else works out. Worst hotel I ever stayed. I’m sorry but it’s brutal truth of what was written by my experience.

I would repeat this hotel if I wanna go travel to Singapore again because of the strategic location. And the breakfast were actually good; we didnt expect by the way since breakfast was provided. But there was actually one time our room had a power shortage and I was having my shower. Reported to the front desk but they said tomorrow only the maintenance could come and repair. We ended up sleeping in the dark but thank god the aircond was still functioning haha for that, I would still recommend this place hopefully they already improved on the power circuit. Other than that; the toilet, and the bed are up to average standard.

Overall is okay. Great location, good service and reasonable price! The receptionist was friendly and explained everything clearly to us. Breakfast was included and it tastes good. There is also free parking available in the hotel👍👍

The service is very good & friendly. We had a good time staying here. We arrived at Singapore at 10am and able to check in early. Recommended.

Budget friendly hotel. Great spot though!

The hotel is very close to the metro. The first night was not comfortable. I changed to a deluxe twon room and it was better. The interior is old. I asked for a chair so that I can work in the room. The reception told me that they cannot provide a chair! In the last night, the wifi of the hotel wasnot working.

I got a room on the 7th floor. The room is simple and the interior is old. The platform of the room is full of mold and the room smell bad. I need to cover my nose when sleeping. Next day I change the room.

The location is very nice just a few step to MRT Bencoolen Downtown line . There are a few minimart nearby as well, easy to go to Bugis MRT by 5-10 minutes walk. Hotel room is so clean,nice. Recommend to stay here ❤️

The service is okie but the hotel is quite old alr. The reason I booked this hotel for parents is just becos it’s v convenient and location v central area in downtown but the cleanliness is quite a big problem.

Lift was broken so has to take stairs and cleanliness wasn’t good and not 3 stars hotel at all need to downgrade it to 2 stars

Hotel is in a good area with easy access to metro to get around the city, rooms were basic and clean. We booked this based on location and the fact the hotel had a gym, but this hotel shouldn’t be allowed to advertise a gym, the only thing that was there was 2 relatively old machines (a threadmill and an elliptical) there wasn’t one weight so was very disappointing. For breakfast the lay out of the dining room needs to be changed as it’s like a cattle market, everything is shoved in a corner and too many people all at once so hard to access the food and everyone is on top of each other - there wasn’t very many options to choose from either. When I arrived at the hotel I wanted to take a bath after a long day travelling and the stopper was leaking so informed reception and they said they would send someone up but never did that night. I said it to reception the next day also and they said the same thing and it wasn’t until later that evening that a maintenance man came to the room so over 24hrs waiting to have a bath.
