Exceptional Service Beyond Expectations – Thank You, Mr. Maran! I had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoon over the weekend (4-6 April 2025) and as always, the hotel lived up to the brand’s promise — clean, comfortable, great value for money, and staffed with friendly and welcoming people. However, every now and then, you come across someone who goes above and beyond — and during this stay, that person was Mr. Maran Senthil, the Assistant Room Division Manager. Mr. Maran’s professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for guest comfort made a real difference in my experience. It wasn’t just about fulfilling expectations; it was about creating an experience that felt personal and thoughtful. His presence is a clear reflection of high standards in hospitality, and I truly appreciate the effort he put in to ensure my stay was more than just a stay — it was memorable. Thank you once again, Mr. Maran. You made all the difference.

Decent facilities but breakfast was average and I unfortunately encountered a slightly rude staff member.

The hotel was clean. Staff were nice and helpful. They prepared free hot grab n go breakfast as my flight was in the early morning.

Great location. Great service. Rooms a bit small. Overall would recommend.

Choose this due to Friendly staff and the room is super clean. All the local food is located nearby at a walking distance. Convenient for all things.
