Great location, amazing service and clean facilities!!!!

Kinn Habitat is a blessing in disguise. First, location is most central, Clarke Quay is best MRT. Kudos to sincere well-trained staff; Dexter and Lyn (4*), made my welcome such a pleasant experience, seeing it's my first visit to a Capsule lodging. Pros are all: a soft pillow, bed soft enough, topped by a mattress offering good warmth and sound slumber.. Others have commented about what you will get when checking in. Facilities and amenities are all first-class, compact and space all round spotlessly pristine clean. On level 5, one could get croissant, pie, a muffin and a drink, tea/coffee, even Milo, great!. My stay was 3 nights , my capsule had 4 other males, no one talked loudly, bits of snores only ; all very civil, an plus point. Con : (non entity related), a guy talked at 2 am, I was awoken and regrettably failed to fall back to sleep again, on my last night. Other than that, all passable and I look forward to return someday. (9.5/10)

Second time staying. Always loves the vibes in this place. Would come back again for my next Singapore trip!

There are 3 MRT stations within 10-min walking distance (Raffles Place, Chinatown, Clark Quay). There are many restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. I got an upper bunk. Climbing up takes some effort. Generally the hostel is clean. Shower room and toilets are clean. Shampoo and shower gel are provided.

No offense but it's the worst hotel I've ever been to: - Moldy wall right in the lobby - Showers work but you have no space to put a towel or clothes (and these are common/shared...) - These are not capsules, they don't have a door or anything but just a CURTAIN which let pass noise and light - The lights are always on in the room, no way to turn them off - People don't give a damn about rules, they talk in the room, they talk outside and you can hear them - There are clubs nearby so you'll be kept awake with the music - I think the hotel is right under the MRT or something because every few minutes there was a louuud rumbling Impossible to sleep here. I checked out after the first night.
