Front desk was kind enough to let me check in a couple of hours earlier. Was even greeted warmly when I arrived. Even let me have the lower bunk as requested. Too bad that there's a heavy snorer in the same room and I didn't have much sleep for the last two nights I was there and literally overslept my check in hours. Really have to rush myself out coz they have someone else for that spot, which was understandble. Overall, I am still more than happy with my stay over at Campbell Inn. Nearby 24 hrs convenient stores and eateries work well for me coz my work ends quite late at times. And they even have vending machines selling drinks and snacks and their own fridge selling sodas and drinking water. I will definitely be staying here again soon. Perhaps, for a little while longer next time. Thank you, Campbell Inn. Good job well done.

Not really recommended for someone who can’t sleep if there is a lot of noise

Was alright,just no amenities and cleanliness not good especially early morning. Mixed accommodation with mostly men. Select bottom or top on booking and they do provide that. Microwave, fridge, kettle and utensils offered too

It was the worst hostel experience I've ever had. The place is extremely dirty. he place smells awful, and the bathroom is beyond disgusting-it's unbearable to use. The smell never goes away. They don't even separate male and female bathrooms. During the three nights I stayed there, two guys would show up at night and sleep on the floor of the dining area, then leave in the morning. I reported it to one of the staff, but he didn't care at all. So, there's no security in this place. On top of that, my locker didn't close properly-it was broken. At least I stayed with my family, if I were not I would leave since the first day I saw the place.

Bugs walking on the beds, walls and in the morning even out of our bags. Man sleeping on the floor of the common areas. Bathrooms smelled horrible, mountains of rubbish everywhere. Not worth a cent. Trip.com should at least check the accommodation they offer.

Bad experience in singapore this hotel is not singapore but third world country hotel. I request the Singaporean authorities to shut down this dirty and ************ den and put its staff in jail.

NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS PLACE.

Terrible experience. A mouse in the dorm and my bed had bugbeds, which bit me. The lady who I think was the owner shouted to a guest and she had to leave. I don't know the reason but it was very unprofessional to scream like that. Very strange place. I left 4 in the night to leave this place and waited at the metro station to leave to the airport.

It was one of the best place to stay and i highly recommend couples to try it

All staff to be more welcoming and friendly...they should think of separating men and female toilet and showers.
