Galaxy Pods @ Chinatown anmeldelser

This is my 4th time visit here, everything the same, service maintain excellent and friendly staff. I was arranged for 2nd floor near the window's bunk ,just in front of the main road, lower bunk as per request. Cos is near windows you can hear below karaoke pub very loud music, very noisy, for me is find, as I like night life, and sleep very late, if you don't like noisy, can request a bunk away from main road or windows, staff here very helpful, able to help you,they do have 3rd floors and lobby floors bunk. Overall, this place is very comfortable, 1st floors have a big hall for rest ,you can see the photo attached, coffee ,tea , all day long free , microwave available, hard dryer and washing machine able to use. I like the 2nd floor, the shower room is clean and large too. I will be back again soon. Thank you for the good service your team provided during my stay.

Galaxy pods were an efficient and economical solution for our time in Singapore. Staff were lovely. The pods were clean and comfortable. Everyone had a locker as well. A lovely complementary coffee and tea service. Location was convenient to Chinatown and MRT.

Nice place. Bit cramped as they have different size 2p pods. We as Europeans had the Asian sized one.

The location is good, but the sheets are not very clean. You can pay more attention to it.

Conclusion: the best option for the money, we were satisfied. Pros: - Great price for this area - Clean, good water pressure in shower - The capsule for two is very beautiful and spacious - Interesting design - The administrators are very nice Cons: - There is no sound insulation in the capsules. You will hear absolutely everything that happens in the neighboring capsules, even a quiet conversation. Children are allowed to live here, so their screams will also be very loud - There are no common areas for relaxation or meals, only capsules and a shower area - The showers are located right in the toilet, so the toilet is always wet, which is unpleasant and inconvenient - TV works only with jack 3,5 headphones so you can't use ot nowadays, when all heaphones are bluetooth

Clean place , bed wax awesome , common areas had air conditioners was worth it, compared to wink hostel, wasted a lot of money there, no ac in common areas, stay here , will always boom through trip.com

The staff is really nice, close to chinatown mrt, I would recommend this hotel to my friends, it’s cheap and comfortable but sometimes I feel the AC is really cold in the capsule So I have to turn it off other than that everything is good! Thank you 💖

Can reach it by find the exit gate F (from Chinatown MRT station) & just walk around 300 m (easy to find something to eat, have the sightseeing & foodcourt too) It can't early check in so need wait until 14.00 & then check out 11.00 (I suggest if the guest have check out so we can check in early so no need to wait too long, I mean being flexible) I asked about if the check out why was 11.00 but one of staff asked me back "which one?" better answer or explain for example "based on the policy" The room provide locker to keep the handbag & also have the water dispenser (just like I had upload the pic)

However, I had some issues with noise. There were other guests speaking very loudly late into the night, and it was disturbing. It sounded like they were speaking in Singaporean dialect, which made it even harder to sleep. While the staff and the pod itself were good, the noise really affected my rest, especially during the late hours. The place might be fine for light sleepers if you’re okay with some noise, but it was a bit of a downside for me.

Very comfortable for economics traveller like me.. the receptionis was so kindfull to explain all the facilities of galaxy pods. I recommend to stay at this galaxy pods again when I back to SGP

The front desk was very helpful and very nice to me. She was very patient in guiding my way to my pod and teaching me how to use the access card as it could be a little tricky when it comes to that. The pod is not too bad for a solo traveller! They also have free water dispenser with teas and coffee too! And chinatown is a very very strategic location if your purpose for the trip is to explore around the city !

I have never stayed in this extremely dirty before,thick of dust look like no one clean for years except they just still only change bed sheet,carpet sticky dust deeply for blue became black ,smelly with cockroach in toilet,especially they said no refund ,no changing any room and no cleaning or even bloom ,I and friend left this room and directed to Mercure icons hotel .

Great experience!  Place is clean and convenient. Location is best.
