Room: The room was compact yet thoughtfully designed, making excellent use of space. It was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials, including a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a fully-equipped kitchenette. Despite being in a bustling area, the room was surprisingly quiet, allowing for restful nights. Staff: The standout feature of my stay was the exceptional service. Staff members Maica, Mary and Yani were incredibly responsive and attentive, assisting promptly via WhatsApp for any requests or questions. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced my experience. Location: The hotel’s location is unbeatable. Situated just steps from the Chinatown MRT station and surrounded by a plethora of dining options, markets, and cultural attractions, it offers unparalleled convenience for exploring Singapore. Note: As the hotel operates without a physical reception, check-in is facilitated through a mobile app, providing a seamless and contactless experience. However, guests should be aware that the property lacks an elevator, I believe because it is a historical building subject to certain rules in case of physical changes. Overall: I highly recommend Heritage Collection on Pagoda for travelers seeking a clean, comfortable, and centrally located accommodation in Singapore. The combination of excellent service, prime location, and affordable pricing makes it a standout choice.

Nice rooms, just very small with no window but polite service, multiple messages off host when staying here.

Some rooms were a bit narrow and there is no elevator. However the rooms themselves were clean and comfortable. The service was prompt and very helpful. Special shoutout to Mary, Yani and Macia for fantastic service and especially Mary for helping with baggage.

I recently stayed at the Heritage Collection and would highly recommend if you are visiting Singapore for a few days. The rooms were clean and had great amenities. Fresh towels were provided and the internet was fast and reliable. The service provided via WhatsApp was quick and efficient and I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

This hotel uses a digital concierge. You check in and check out online. You’re assigned a digital key after checking in. But Maica, Mary and Lily went the extra mile to create a WhatsApp group and attended to any queries or information I need. Constantly reminding me and checking on me to see if everything is ok. Kudos girls!!
