The best hotel in Siem Reap! Highly recommend it:)

A little paradise in Siem Reap. The hotel is beautiful and well kept, super clean and a little paradise to relax after an exhausting day at the temples. David (the owner) and his team are trying really hard to make the stay as wonderful as possible. Our room was beautiful and clean. The pools are wonderful to relax and swim. The staff is the best hotel staff I have ever had ( friendly, helpful, funny but always keeping the right distance). Every day we got some surprises which we didn’t expect and haven’t had to pay ( cocktails, a massage, a late check out, for free laundry service,….). The best part for us was actually the breakfast. It is not big but they have enough of everything to start a wonderful day with fresh fruit juices, good coffee, bakery things, a egg station, a soup station and of course the smile of the staff!!!

Lovely boutique Hotel with an amazing pool in the center and kind stuff, everyone is helpful and accommodating, delicious breakfast and snacks during the day, rooms are spacious , a bit dark & but could need a touch up.

it was a short getaway for me and my husband and this hotel was truly beyond our expectations. what we loved: 1. free pick up from airport and you can also easily arrange a trip to the airport for USD44 2. free massage for 2 pax which was super relaxing 3. super clean and beautifully designed room 4. exceptional service from the staff 5. the overall design and layout of the hotel was very calming 6. they provide free tuktuk rides to the city, just have to pay USD3 if you want a ride back only thing we did not like was that they only accepted NEW cash notes although everywhere else in Siem Reap accepted used notes. overall would definitely recommend.

I have never experienced such extraordinary hospitality as I did at Anansaya la Maison in Siem Reap. From the personalized welcome addressing me by name to the refreshing coconut welcome drink, the offer of a daily 60-minute massage, complimentary laundry service, and a bottle of wine waiting in my room, the attention to detail was impeccable. Although the shuttle tuk tuk to destinations required a $3 fee for return, the overall service was exceptional. At the swimming pool, I enjoyed free delightful treats like waffles and refreshing smoothies, all provided with warm smiles and genuine politeness. The staff consistently checked in to ensure my tours went smoothly, adding to the feeling of being genuinely cared for. Room 105, with its stunning garden view, was beyond compare. I am completely enamored with this hotel and its staff, and I will wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone I know. I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you for treating me like royalty and creating an unforgettable experience.

Anansaya La Maison, located conveniently near Angkor Wat, offered a well-rounded experience. Negotiable scooter rentals provided by the hotel significantly enhanced our exploration flexibility. The standout feature was undoubtedly the complimentary massage, which was superbly relaxing. The hotel welcomed us with a free airport transfer, an appreciated gesture. However, a subsequent airport transfer incurred a $40 charge, which felt disproportionately high for the short distance involved and the current fuel prices in Cambodia. The maintenance of the hotel was exemplary, demonstrating the staff's dedication to providing a clean and welcoming environment. Our room faced the wall of an adjacent building, which, while not ideal, was a minor inconvenience as we spent most of our time out exploring. Breakfast options were basic but were partly made up for by the inclusion of delicious exotic fruits. A particularly convenient amenity was the complimentary laundry service, which we found very useful. A delightful addition to our stay was the daily offering of a complimentary non-alcoholic drink and a small snack by the pool, making our time there even more enjoyable. We chose to dine outside the hotel every evening, a decision we did not regret. The local dining scene offered a plethora of fresh and healthy options (checkout the vegetarian restaurants), allowing us to immerse ourselves in the culinary diversity of Siem Reap and enjoy authentic local flavors. In conclusion, Anansaya La Maison serves as a commendable base for visitors to Angkor Wat, with its blend of thoughtful amenities and excellent location. While there were minor drawbacks such as the view from our room and the charge for a second airport transfer, the overall experience was enhanced by the hotel's hospitality.

Everything is fine except the airport pick up was late for 30mins. It was lucky that was happened in the early morning and there was no traffic, otherwise we will late

Hotel staff and owner himself David were very personable, environment was superb and enjoyable to have a quiet stay. Didn't have a chance to try food so can't comment. Bed on very comfortable to gave a good sleep, cleanliness overall was good, fantastic bath tub for relaxing soaking👍👍

Очень классное место, предоставляют трансфер в аэропорт, обслуживание на высшем уровне, помогут с любым вопросом, всем рекомендую кто хочет классно отдохнуть и посмотреть Анкор Ват.
