Spectacular view from the room, private bathub, friendly staff. The hotel is directly Infront of the beach. Really nice staff，they would even change my breakfast to my preference and help me take my luggage when I check in. Although I feel like the room is a bit smaller than what I expected, everything is really good. It even has it's own speaker and cinema. And the amenities is a bit funny, I thought that the drinks in the minibar is free drink at the hotel restaurant or bar, turns out it's drinks in the refrigerator. Pity I don't drink soda. The location is a bit far away from the central and not much restaurant or cafe around so it's better to order food online

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was neat and clean, offering a beautiful sea view that made my mornings truly refreshing. The location is excellent, situated right in front of a pristine beach. The beach itself is well-maintained and offers a peaceful environment, perfect for relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and I was particularly impressed by Mr. Zhang's politeness and exceptional hospitality. His professionalism added a personal touch to my stay, making it even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a serene getaway with great service and stunning views.

We were contented with the hotel room and service provided by the staff, especially that Steven was nice and helpful, he could recall our room no. during breakfast, plus thanks for his suggestion on the tour spots. Room was exceptionally new and tidy. I love the bath tub and shower room. Free beverages with stuff were provided. Pleasant stay, will come again.

The room was spotless, and the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the thoughtful welcome of fruit and milk. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, making for a great overall experience.

No late check out available at all. Room is nice well equipped with projector, drinks slippers and speakers. The bathtub is a plus but it could be cleaner. They give you a plastic bathtub liner but it’s not that easy to use because it’s not big enough. There was some leaking near the bathtub but it did not affect its overall use. Keep in mind it’s just above the cafe and everyone can see you use the bathtub on your glass balcony, so not a lot of privacy. Towels are nice and bathrobes are provided. The breakfast is at the cafe and you can choose wonton or toast, eggs and spam style bacon. The beach isn’t crowded, but you need to walk to the end of the fence to access it. Though the hotel is decent, but it is quite expensive from $900-$1600 a night . For that price you would expect a 5 star hotel with more amenities . Its service is like a 2-3 star hotel and very average, so its over priced. What you’re paying for is the view and the location . Though the receptionist does have a WeChat but their responses were incomplete, slow and somewhat lacking detail and ultimately not useful. I think the lack of excellent service, the lack of privacy on the glass balcony, the lack of real bacon/ham in their breakfast takes away from the value. Nearby hotels are cheaper and this room could be priced lower at about $500-$650. Overall the hotel, the service, the breakfast is still nice enough but not good enough for the price they charge.

As for the problem of late check-out you mentioned, we will give you an explanation: we are different from the hotel model, there is only one room in this room, and other guests have already booked this room on the day of your check-out, so this room cannot be delayed until 14:00. Our housekeeper will also try to delay your check-out time to 13:00, and after the guests check in, the housekeeper will add your wechat account. During your stay, you can contact the housekeeper if you have anything. The housekeeper may be busy when you ask and not reply to your question in time. We will deal with you as soon as we see the information, and the housekeeper will also help to call a car when you check out. We will also keep improving and hope we can meet you again in the White House!

We used to have a short one-day trip to White House. The location is really nice (sea beach availability within 15 meters range), the facilities were also nice! Helpful staff did all the best for us! The breakfast and restaurant meals were delicious! Thanks to staff for their hospitality. p.s. Bartender did his best, so be patient and you will got a cocktail for your wish with correct instructions! Wish to visit this place again! Best wishes to White House

Hotel was great! You have a private access to the beach so that was great not very crowded. The hotels food and drinks are great! The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating especially Zhang he is very attentive and will make sure your stay is great. Definitely recommend for a weekend away!
